Product Review: Ridgemonkey Deep Fill Sandwich Toaster

This is fast becoming my go to bit of lunch or snack kit. My whole family loves them. Unlike the Brevilles of my youth the Ridgemonkey doesn't squeeze all the filling goodness out of it so a simple cheese and ham toastie becomes a little slice of heaven.

No oil required you simply pop your sandwich in. Frequent turning ensures a nice brown crisp outside and a hot googy filling, so washing up isn't messy either.

Next, I need to work on my top 10 different filling ideas. What's your favourite? Please tell me below!

It not just for toasted sandwiches. It's great for cooking chicken, chips, pizzas, or even roasted veg. I have even seen someone on YouTube making an apple pie in theirs. Also does great egg dishes.

You can cook anything in it.

Looks yummy! Like the way you can fit more filling in. Our fave is pesto, mozarella and tomato 😋
